User Terms and Agreement for myAdChain Inc.

1. Acceptance of the Terms and Agreement

By signing up for an account with myAdChain Inc. Doing Business As maxCashBack.AI (DBA Filed), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Agreement. Please review them meticulously before creating an account. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Account Registration

To avail of our services, you must create an account:

b. You commit to regularly update your account details as necessary.

3. Definition of “CashBack” and “CashBack Token (CBT)”

“CashBack” refers to an internal credit redeemable for cash rewards based on site functionality. This credit is known as the “CashBack Token” or “CBT”. MyAdChain Inc. does not guarantee the future speculative value of this token. Redemption processes and stipulations are outlined within this agreement.

4. Cashback Transactions Balance (CBT) Redemption

a. Accumulation of CBT: Users earn CashBack, credited to their CBT, based on transactions conducted through affiliation with myAdChain Inc.
b. Redemption Threshold: CBT balance becomes redeemable for cash only after exceeding the CBT equivalent of $80.
c. Transaction Requirement: Before requesting a CBT payout, users must complete a minimum of 3 transactions.
d. Limitation on Return Purchases: CashBack earned from purchases that are later returned, damaged, or lost will not contribute to the $80 balance required to redeem CBT balance.
e. Redemption Processing: After meeting the redemption criteria, users may apply for a payout, which will follow myAdChain Inc.‘s standard payout protocols.

5. Data Collection and Use

a. Data Collection: We collect personal and transactional data to improve user experience, for promotional purposes, and to curate deals suited to user preferences.
b. Sharing with Third Parties: We may share aggregated or anonymized data with third parties for analytics, advertising, and promotional partnerships.
c. Data Retention: We store your data as long as your account remains active and for a period afterward to fulfill legal obligations.
d. User Control: You can access, modify, or delete your data by visiting your account settings.

6. Content and Interactions

Users are solely responsible for content they post and interactions they initiate or engage in on our platform. MyAdChain Inc. is not liable for any disputes, claims, losses, injuries, or damage of any kind related to user content or interactions.

7. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to terminate, suspend, or limit your account access if:
a. Any breach of these terms is detected.
b. Activities deemed inappropriate or potentially harmful are observed.
